WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

1. Warranty Period

SANNCE warranty is limited to the guidelines provided by the Consumer Law in each local jurisdiction. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Law. The specific warranty period is as follows:

  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty only applies to purchases made on the SANNCE official website.
  • For products purchased from third-party sellers, please get in touch with them directly for warranty service.

2. Warranty Forfeiture

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

3.) Damage caused by upgrading to unofficial firmware or software.

Repair Issues

1.) Damage caused by repairs performed by third parties.
2.) Damage resulting from modifications or repairs by unauthorized suppliers, users, or manufacturers.


3. Return & Refund Policy

SANNCE is a customer-centric company, and we always prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a NEW SANNCE product, you may request a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that the 30-day refund guarantee applies only to new SANNCE products and does not cover refurbished products.

4. Warranty Period

  • 1.) Complete the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by clicking [here].
  • 2.) Submit the RMA form to our customer service team at support@sannce.com.
  • 3.) Pack the product securely and return it to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • 4.) Share the return tracking number with the customer service team. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 2 business days after verification.

Note: The return package must include all products and accessories and be shipped using a trackable method; otherwise, refunds will not be processed.

5. Disclaimer

  • 1.) SANNCE is not responsible for third-party fees, including installation fees, removal fees, customs duties, VAT, etc.
  • 2.) SANNCE is not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, property loss, or profit loss.
  • 3.) SANNCE does not accept unauthorized returns. If a return does not meet our policy criteria, additional fees may apply for replacement.
  • 4.) This warranty is governed by the laws of the country or region where the SANNCE product was purchased. Additional rights may vary depending on local regulations.

Note for Case of Return:

1. Clearance, sold in used condition or end-of-line products, can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made.

2. We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us (support@sannce.com) immediately.

3. For Non-Satisfied Goods

If you receive your products and you are not completely satisfied, you may return the items to us. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for processing once the goods have arrived. Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

Refund Policy

1. If the product is faulty, you could send it back for a full refund within 45 days of receiving it. Return shipping fee is available.

2. If the product is completely broken, we could offer you a full refund or resend you a new one if you submit the problem within 45 days of receiving the product.

3. If the product is slightly damaged and you want to retain it, we would offer you a partial refund.

4. If you have emailed us for a refund, once we have approved it, your money will be refunded. The estimated time for the refund to appear in your account is based on the payment method you used. The expected processing times are shown below.

You may return any item in its original packaging, provided that the products are not damaged or abused when you are trying and testing it for your use. You may return the products for any reason within 30 days of delivery (Some conditions may apply to certain products). The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
For used items that are received more than 30 days, you may get a replacement or a partial refund within the warranty due to a quality problem. Please note that replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item; the customer may take return shipping fees according to the specific case.

Standard warranty-1 year

The standard warranty covers a period of one year from the documented date of purchase, including all components and accessories contained in the original packaging. 
After the warranty period has expired, warranty services will continue to be available for a fee. Please see below the standard for an exclusive warranty or additional cost of a quality defective product:

Exclusive warranty for another 1 year: 40% of the original order amount.
Defective product beyond 1 year: 20% of the original order amount for one-time warranty service.

Kindly Notice

Generally, we advise returning the package through ordinary postal services in order to get a Customs Form for international packages. If you use a courier agency such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx, we can't cover the shipping fees or the Customs fee that might be applied.

And we are not responsible if goods are lost when sent back without a tracking number. We will deal with the refund within 24 hours after we receive the returned goods.
